Spiced Hot Tea

Spiced Hot Tea







Ingredients:

6 cups water 1(3-ounce) package cherry
6 tea bags (regular size) gelatin
1 quart water 1(12-ounce) can frozen orange
3 cinnamon sticks juice-prepared
15 whole cloves 1(46-ounce) can pineapple juice
2 cups sugar 1(8-ounce) bottle of lemon juice

Procedure:

Boil 6 cups of water, pour over tea bags and steep. Place cinnamon sticks and cloves in 1 quart of water and simmer 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil and serve or store in refrigerator in covered jars. Keeps indefinitely.
Cherry gelatin gives this spiced tea a special color and an extra special flavor. For the weight watchers, 8 teaspoons of sweeta can be substituted for the sugar.
