MOCHA MILKSHAKE
Can be used as an elegant dessert
Ingredients:
1(2-ounce) jar instant coffee 1cup rum
Granules 1 tablespoon vanilla
¼ cup hot water Vanilla ice cream
1(16-ounce) can chocolate syrup Milk
Procedure:
In mixing bowl combine coffee granules and water. Stir until dissolved.
Add chocolate syrup, rum vanilla, and stir. Store mixture in covered
container in refrigerator. It keeps for months.
To serve: Use 2 tablespoons of mocha base and 1 scoop ice cream for each serving. Put base and ice cream into blender and blend. Add milk to desired consistency. One blender container of mocha milkshakes makes 6 easy, delicious desserts. Serve in tall bubble wine glasses with a chocolate curl on top. Serve 22.
