Cranberry Spiced Tea
Ingredients:
9 cups cranberry juice 4 sticks cinnamon
9 cups pineapple juice, strained 4 ½ teaspoons cloves
4 ½ cups of water ¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup brown sugar 1 lemon, sliced
Procedure:
Put juice and water in bottom of large party percolator. Place
remaining ingredients in top of percolator and percolate
as for coffee. Make 25 punch cups.
Variation: After tea has percolated, add 4 cups burgundy wine.
