Herbed Bleu Cheese Dip


Ingredients

1(8-ounce) package cream cheese, 1scallion, minced
At room temperature 2 tablespoons parsley flake
1(2-ounce) package bleu cheese, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
At room temperature 1 teaspoon dried dill
¼ cup sour cream 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 garlic clove, minced

Procedure

Combine cream cheese, bleu cheese, and sour cream well—this combines best in a food processor or electric mixer. Add remaining ingredient; chill at least one hour. Serve with fresh vegetables or crackers. Serve 8-10. This dip ma be prepared a coupe of days ahead and stored in the refrigerator. Let stand at room temperature for 30-45 minutes to soften before serving.
