Broccoli Dip

Broccoli Dip








Ingredients:

½ stick margarine 2(10-ounce) packages frozen
1 tablespoon onion, chopped broccoli cooked, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup and drained
2(5-ounce) rolls garlic cheese, 1(3-ounce) can mushrooms, sliced
Diced Rye croutons (optional)


Procedure:

Sauté onions in margarine. Add soup and blend well. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add broccoli and mushrooms and mix well. Pour into baking dish. Garnish with rye croutons and bake at 350 degree for 25-30 minutes. Serve hot with crackers. May be served as a casserole by using 1 can soup and 1 roll cheese.
