Cottage Cheese Tidbits

Ingredients:
  • 24 pcs - cottage cheese (paneer), diced
  • 1 cup - water
  • 1 � tsp - garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - ginger paste
  • 1 � tsp - soy sauce
  • 1 tsp - chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp - vinegar
  • 2 tbsp - tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp - sugar
  • � tsp - pepper
  • 1 tbsp - mint leaves, finely chopped
  • � tsp - chilli powder
  • ajinomoto as required
  • salt as required

Method
  • Deep fry the paneer cubes till done.
  • In a sauce pan add the rest of the ingredients and let it boil.
  • Add the paneer to the pan and stir for about three minutes.
  • Cover and remove from heat.
  • Take out the paneer cubes from the gravy and set aside.
  • On a serving dish arrange the paneer pieces and garnish it with finely chopped mint leaves.
  • Serve as an appetizer or a starter.
