Cottage Cheese Tidbits
Ingredients:
- 24 pcs - cottage cheese (paneer), diced
- 1 cup - water
- 1 � tsp - garlic paste
- 1 tsp - ginger paste
- 1 � tsp - soy sauce
- 1 tsp - chilli sauce
- 1 tsp - vinegar
- 2 tbsp - tomato sauce
- 1 tsp - sugar
- � tsp - pepper
- 1 tbsp - mint leaves, finely chopped
- � tsp - chilli powder
- ajinomoto as required
- salt as required
Method
- Deep fry the paneer cubes till done.
- In a sauce pan add the rest of the ingredients and let it boil.
- Add the paneer to the pan and stir for about three minutes.
- Cover and remove from heat.
- Take out the paneer cubes from the gravy and set aside.
- On a serving dish arrange the paneer pieces and garnish it with finely chopped mint leaves.
- Serve as an appetizer or a starter.
